• Specifically formulated R90 resin for use with H90 hardener to provide thin film or glue joint gelation in approximately four minutes at 25C.

STEP 1. Start with 105 Epoxy Resin, the basic ingredient of all WEST SYSTEM epoxy compounds.
STEP 2. Control the cure time or adjust to the working temperature or working time required with one of four specially formulated WEST SYSTEM hardeners.
105 Resin is a low viscosity, solvent-free epoxy resin. Formulated for use with WEST SYSTEM hardeners. It can be cured in a wide temperature range to form a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance. It is designed specifically to wet out and bond with wood, fibreglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals.

Hardener - 206 Slow
• H205 Fast Hardener is used, in the majority of situations, at lower temperatures to produce a rapid cure that develops its physical properties quickly at room temperature.
Mix ratio 1 part hardener, 5 parts resin.
Hardener - 207 Special Clear
• H206 Slow Hardener is used when extended working and cure time is needed, or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures.
• Mix ratio 1 part hardener, 5 parts resin.
Hardener - 209 Super Slow
• H207 Special Clear Hardener has been specifically developed for coating applications where moisture resistant, natural wood finish is desired. An uLtraviolet inhibiting additive improves resistance of a R105/H207 mixture to sunlight.
• H207 also works well in humid conditions.
• Mix ratio 1 part hardener, 3 parts resin.
NOTE: Must be poured in layers less than 6mm thick to retain clarity
• H209 Super Slow Hardener is formulated for general coating and bonding applications in extremely warm and/or humid conditions, or when extended working time is desired at room temperature.
• H209 Super Slow provides approximately twice the working time of H206 Slow.
• Mix ratio 1 part hardener, 3 parts resin.
• The ideal low-density filler for creating a light, easily-worked fairing compound especially suited for cosmetic or surface applications like shaping, filling or fairing.

• As a blended filler, 413 Microfibre Blend, offers an added degree of thixotropy and substantially improved spreading and working properties.
Epoxy Graphite Powder 423
• 423 Graphite Powder is a fine black powder that can be mixed with WEST SYSTEM epoxy to produce a low friction coating with increased scuff resistance and durability.
• Often used as a low-load, low-speed bearing surface, and as a coating on rudders and centreboards, or on the bottoms of racing craft that are dry sailed. It does not provide antifouling qualities.
• A low density microballoonbased filler used as a thickening agent with epoxy fairing systems to make fairing putties that are easy to sand or carve.
• 417 has a reasonably strong strength to weight ratio, and is recommended as the preferred filler under dark coloured surfaces.
