Dan Pollock joined SAM in early 2018 as the firm’s Director of Corporate Development/ Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Dan’s focus is on collaborating with executive members of management to develop and execute the firm’s corporate development strategy by identifying both organic and M&A growth opportunities. He also plays a key role in supporting management with financial and operational analysis, and developing the strategic vision of the company.

Laura Carlson joined SAM in 2022 as the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Manager. Laura’s focus is to manage and execute post-close M&A integrations, collaborating with leaders from both SAM and the acquired companies to help drive success and value creation. She works to continually evolve the M&A integration process, build and evolve integration playbooks, develop key performance metrics to monitor the success of acquisitions throughout the full integration lifecycle. She plays a key role in supporting management’s strategic vision by providing standard processes, financial metrics, and support to ensure the success of our M&A strategy.
