Letter from the Editor Dear Salysians, Imagine this...

One minute you are working at your desk making good progress on your very long To Do List. You get up to pour yourself a caffeinated beverage to squeeze out a few more hours in your day, and next thing you know, you are flat on your back in the worst pain you have ever felt in your life (and you know pain because you have had two major surgeries.)

An emergency room and too many to count doctors’ visits later you wonder if life will ever return to normal? The answer is: after a couple months of physical therapy; hopefully, yes.

Unfortunately, sometimes the unexpected happens.

Or, in the vernacular: SHIT HAPPENS! I sincerely apologize for the delays in publishing the last of the May and June issues.

I am honored that you entrust me with publishing your editorials, and I take that privilege very seriously, but right now SALYSÉ is just me, myself, and I, and “I” am in a lot of pain!

Thank you for your patience and kindness as I work to slowly, but surely, catch up.

Enjoy the June issues!
