Thursday 27th ~ Prayer Day ‘drop in’ held in our Coffee Lounge anytime between 9.00am and 9.00pm. Please come for personal reflection and to pray for the mission and ministry of our Corps. Prayer stations around the room will highlight our Core Values (outlined on the front page)

Notice board Saturday 15th February - Charity Car Parking at Barnfield Crescent in aid of the BIG collection. We need people willing to receive donations for parking between 7.30am and 3.30pm. Please see coordinator Margaret Pope with your offers of support as soon as possible – thank you Saturday 15th March to Sunday 16th March 2014 8pm – 7am - Guildhall Shopping Centre. If you would like to join a group of people representing Exeter Salvation Army at the local ‘Sleep Easy’ event please speak to Tim Morris. Take up the challenge to ‘sleep under the stars’ and raise funds to support Exeter YMCA's work with homeless young people, so others don’t have to. For more information go to Active Kids vouchers are available from all Sainsbury’s stores and petrol stations, and with online grocery orders between 29 January and 20 May. Our rainbows, brownies and guides are collecting these again this year and would appreciate your help by donating your vouchers to them. There will be a box in the foyer at the hall or you can hand them to Carol Barter, Andrea Hayden or Moira Aggett. Thank you for your support

Prayer Focus ‘Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted’ Please continue to uphold those in our fellowship who have been bereaved, all those who are unwell and those facing personal difficulties Continue to pray for our community and our leaders as we support each other and remain united in this time of challenge. Pray for God’s guidance for our Children and Youth Ministries Pray for our Partners in Mission as we focus on the work of the Salvation Army in Mozambique, Pakistan, Ghana, South America East and Finland Paul Green has requested our prayer support for his new role within the Police Chaplaincy Please remember those connected with our Corps who are in residential or nursing home care especially Home League member Nell Bibey, in Dove Tree House, who celebrates her 98th birthday 19th February

The revised Corps Prayer Diary offers us a daily focus on those connected to our fellowship and overseas projects. We are grateful to Ken Bovey for faithfully maintaining this diary
