SALUD al dia magazine, Joining Forces for a Better Health, 2011 Event aim to:
• Be proactive with Let’s Move! which is a comprehensive initiative, launched by the First Lady, dedicated to solving the problem of obesity within a generation, so that children born today will grow up healthier and able to pursue their dreams.
• Deliver the message to families, schools and communities to help kids be more active, eat better and grow up healthy.
• Raise public awareness of the need for and benefits of knowing the healthcare organizations around us and the most recent healthcare plans they have available for our community.
This year event will involve 500+ professionals from the healthcare industry, banking, insurance, academic, legal, state and local government, medical, accounting, publishing and TV sectors from Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. At the hugely successful of 2010 event, healthcare industries, medical and publishing were particularly well represented.
