ABOUT “I am influenced by water wherever I am, the sea, rivers; fresh or salt. I’m in, on or underwater, I am Immersed, physically and mentally. I am involved totally in my work, immersing myself in my studio or outdoors with nature.”

- Bridgit Thomas Influenced by a lifetime of drawing and living by the sea, Bridgit Thomas’ work explores fish and marine themes infused with the richness of coastal environments, natural flora and fauna.

Focusing on the environment in which she finds herself, Bridgit brings a rich, multi-layered approach as she interprets what she has experienced through a palate of both natural and manmade elements.

‘Immersed’ catalogues Bridgit’s work over the span of 2025.

Culminating in an impressive collection of paintings, prints and ceramics, this exhibition showcases her immersion in the natural environment and her artistic practice.
