Delivery of Lotus Furniture For styling chairs, barber’s chairs, styling units, stools and trolleys, we offer free delivery within 2 working days, to mainland UK only. For backwash units, couches and other larger furniture items, we offer free delivery to mainland UK within 7-10 days.

If you have any problems with a delivery you have received, please call our Customer Service Team on 0844 875 7775.

Sales We understand the importance of good service and ensure our friendly sales staff are well trained and there to answer any questions you may have. Call us today on 0844 875 7775.

For delivery times and charges outside mainland UK, please speak to one of our advisors to get a date for your area on 0844 875 7775.

Any furniture ordered will be delivered to ground floor premises only, as drivers are not insured to take items upstairs.

Next Day Delivery (non furniture items) Our policy is to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability.

If your order and payment is received and completed before 4pm, Monday-Thursday, you will qualify for next day delivery.

Free Delivery Orders over £30 (ex VAT) placed online to most parts of mainland UK will be eligible for free delivery. Orders placed through our Call Centre will be subject to a £3.50 plus VAT standard delivery charge.

Goods must be inspected on arrival and all claims for shortages and/ or damages must be reported to Salons Direct within 24 hours of receipt. Any unsuitable items must be returned within 7 days unused, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Postage for unsuitable items is to be paid for by the customer.

Collections for unsuitable items will be subject to a minimum 10% handling charge. Collection of goods with a value of £50.00 or less and parcels returned to sender will be subject to a minimum charge of £5.00 per parcel.
