Welcome to 2024 & SEJ Issue #2!
This is a bumper filled issue and we have 2 new Collaborative Columnists to introduce you to; Erica Liburd, textured hair specialist and all round amazing hair pro and Emma Holt, another hair pro and she specialises in hair extensions and avant-garde. They are bringing more hair knowledge to the journal and we welcome them with open arms and hope you find their contributions valuable.
In this issue we have a special feature spotlighting the need for increased awareness around inclusivity and disability with input from across the industry and also from organisations working with the deaf community and those with Dyslexia. We don’t get a lot of input in our training around adaptation and hope this goes towards enhancing your knowledge. Sam Blake, Sam Marshall and one of guest contributors, Amy Bates, all write around inclusivity in this special feature.
