LEVEL 5 - OPERATIONAL OR DEPARTMENTAL MANAGER

Our Public Sector Leadership Level 5 programme is structured using the Operations or Departmental Manager standard. The level 5 programme has all the same advantages as the level 3 programme and is aimed at more established managers who want to develop their current leadership knowledge, skills and behaviours to a higher level. The level 3 and level 5 learners come together at the yearly conference which is a fantastic opportunity to learn from senior leaders as well as network and building relationships with colleagues in their own organisation and other attending public sector organisations.
