Member Agreement - Private Group
1. We accept the Integrity Solutions® Client Agreement concerning the Integrity Selling® curriculum for our team participants, and we agree to encourage our group members to participate in at least ten of the thirteen ongoing group coaching sessions that are held every four weeks in a calendar year, in virtual and local settings.
2. We understand that Private SalesTeam is advisory sales consulting, coaching, and training. All current company policy and staff management remain in effect and are the responsibility of company management. Participants are not obligated to follow the SalesTeam facilitator’s recommendation. The facilitator will assist us with business decisions, but is advisory in responsibility. Final business decisions rest with my company and not with the SalesTeam facilitator.
3. In addition to the 4-week group sessions, each sales manager in our Private Group Membership is entitled to membership in the Sales Managers' Forum which includes a 30-minute weekly virtual personal coaching session. It is our responsibility to schedule these personal coaching sessions in advance. Sessions not used during week is forfeited. We may purchase additional 30-minute personal coaching sessions for any of our team members at $75 each.
4. We agree to pay 12-week group membership dues in advance via credit/debit card. We also agree that, unless we notify SalesTeam differently, SalesTeam will automatically debit our card every 12 weeks to renew our membership. Current membership entitles named participants to other membership benefits offered in the forthcoming Welcome Packet. Payment is due regardless of session attendance. If notice of withdrawal is given four weeks prior to the next debit, no payment shall be due. 12-week group membership dues are $6000 for up to 20 group members. A one-time group set-up fee of $1000 is charged with the first payment.
