St Andrews Fete 2017 St Andrews Fete - Saturday 20 May 2017 - 10am-4pm It is time for all students and families to get excited and enthusiastic for this years College Fete!!

The Fete comes around every two years and this Fete will prove to be the best one yet!

The Fete Committee require a lot of community support to make this a success ranging from donations to volunteers.

Purpose of Fete: The fete is a community friend-raising and fundraising event. Proceeds from the Fete will go towards Improving the upper level car park to cater for more vehicles and buses as well as making this a safer area for students. This proposal is to put a double slip lane on the southern side of the car park with covered Bus sheltered areas.

This will significantly enhance the carpark facility for all college and ease the pressure in both the Upper and Lower carparks. The new design will enable smoother vehicle flow at peak times.

Fete Meeting The next Fete meeting is Wednesday 3 May 3.30pm in the Junior School Library.

DONATIONS REQUIRED: »» Bottles of Wine (delivered in a wine bag if possible, by adults only please) »» Blocks of Chocolate (The class that donates the most wins an ice cream party!) »» Prizes for the Cent Auction »» Books, DVDs, Video Games & Magazines (not weekly magazines) »» Second Hand Toys Every Friday morning at drop off time at the Bus Shelter there will be Fete volunteers ready to collect all goods.

Donations can also be taken to the Junior, Middle and Senior School Administration Offices or Main Reception.

Raffle Tickets Raffle tickets have been sent home, please return ASAP to the administration. Additional booklets can be collected from the administration offices.

Cake Stall: Closer to the Fete, we will be asking all you bakers out there to donate cakes or biscuits and slices for the Cake Stall. Boxes will be sent home with your children the week before the Fete with delivery instructions for you to return the baked goods.

Chair Donations: Over the break the roof structure was put in place for what will be a state of the art, upgraded theatre facility for our children and community to enjoy for years to come. Members of our community, past and present, are welcome to make donations towards the new chairs for this space. A sample, red plush chair, will be onsite at the Fete as will donation forms.

The P&F along with the College have developed a three tiered donation which will be acknowledged and displayed within the new building. These are: Platinum $200 Gold $100 Silver $50 Ride Tickets Ride Tickets are available via www.trybooking.com/ PSLB Volunteers: will be needed to help man stalls as well as assist in coordinating the parking.
