The proposed project is a winery resort with a small fruit wine production unit developed as a tourist place connected to a resort. The user group can be majorly classified into the visitor’s visiting winery and guests staying in the property. The campus serves various activities and accommodates various user groups.
Design concept
The use of laterite in the curvilinear wall and the integration of trees in the interiors creates a harmonious blend of the built environment and nature, which enhances the overall aesthetic of the project.
Additionally, the use of massive openings to allow natural light to flood in not only reduces the need for artificial lighting but also creates a sense of connection with the surrounding environment.

Situated in a quaint village of socorro, along the long and narrow stretch of the plot, our vision was to create villas with open spaces and greenery to match the mood of the context the houses would be placed in. Every individual house has been situated on contours lower than the previous house and the linearly ascending pattern of tiled goan roofs makes for a picturesque sight

DESIGN BRIEF
The rise in COVID-19 orphaned children, without proper guardians, especially since the second wave in 2021, highlights the need for safe, caring families to provide them with guidance and support during their formative years. These children require environments where adults act as parental figures, and their peers serve as siblings.

• This is a Unit in an SOS Children’s Village.
• In each Family Home 10-12 children are placed under the care of 1
• SOS Mother, two SOS Aunts and two SOS Mother Trainees.
• There will be Five such Family Homes.

The selected location in Chandigarh is strategically situated within a bustling area frequently visited by residents and students. The primary objective of this garden is to serve as a serene retreat for the local community and students.
Furthermore, the garden offers semi-private pavilions positioned atop a hill, available for daily rentals to families and individuals who seek a peaceful setting. Additionally, a key goal of this garden is to establish a designated space where citizens can engage in regular walking and exercise activities.
