Research Assistant, Doctoral Research for Professor Neha Sayed
Neha Sayed pursued her PhD in the Media Lab, Aalto University, Helsinki, Finland. The research was about understanding the meaning of an architectural place for which she adopted a multi disciplinary approach. We mapped a precinct in a three hundred year old town adopting several methodologies. The core of her approach to research is in ethnography. I learnt how to observe an architectural place in multiple layers of information and then record it in varied ways.
