THIS MOMENT. THIS PLACE. A CAMPAIGN FOR ST. GEORGE’S SCHOOL
TO THOSE WHO SHAPED OUR TRADITIONS.
TO THOSE WHO WILL SHAPE OUR TOMORROW.
THESE ARE THE MOMENTS THAT MAKE US.
WHO WE ARE AND WHO WE WANT TO BECOME.
TOGETHER, IN THIS SPECIAL PLACE, LET’S MAKE MORE MOMENTS POSSIBLE
FOR ALL BOYS.
WHY THIS MOM
Since 1930, St. George’s School has been shaping young men of character, integrity, courage, and purpose. Over 9,000 young men, generations of students, have walked through our doors to become leaders in Business, Medicine, Law, Technology, Arts, Athletics, and countless other fields. But their greatest achievement is not what they do, but who they become. This special moment in our history is a time to recognize what St. George’s School has accomplished since 1930 — shaping young men of character, integrity, courage, and purpose.
OPEN DOORS FOR EVERY BOY. Today, as we approach our Centennial in 2030, we have a responsibility to those who come after us, to ensure that Saints remains strong, relevant, and accessible for the next century of boys.
TOGETHER, LET’S PREPARE MORE BOYS FOR A WORLD THAT IS CHANGING FASTER THAN EVER BEFORE.
Access to exceptional education often is determined by circumstance rather than potential. We are a school that provides needs-based financial assistance. This allows access to exceptional education and provides opportunities to deserving boys. Becoming a need-blind school is ambitious and will be a transformational gift for our city. This Moment. This Place. A Campaign for St. George’s School will help create more opportunities and more possibilities for boys whose lives can be profoundly changed by access to this extraordinary school and this remarkable community of St. George’s. Strong endowment allows institutions to thrive and lead. And that is what St. George’s boys are meant to do.
DRIVE PROGRAM EXCELLENCE. Alongside our goal of ensuring that remarkable boys and young men can access a Saints education regardless of financial circumstances, we also strive to ensure our Academic, Athletic, Artistic, Leadership, and Future-Focused Programs continue to remain among the very best anywhere. Endowment funding, donated in perpetuity, will support future programming beyond the traditional classroom, through purposeful, long-term partnerships with universities, industry leaders, non-profit, and research organizations. These important programming experiences extend well beyond traditional program models and include multi-year interdisciplinary projects, innovation labs, collaborative design challenges, short courses, summer programs, and student-led initiatives addressing local and global issues.
MENT MATTERS EXTEND THE REACH OF A ST. GEORGE’S SCHOOL EDUCATION.
No school can reimagine the future of learning in isolation. Through strategic partnerships, St. George’s School draws the world’s foremost universities, institutions, and community leaders into the daily life of the School, transforming Saints into a living laboratory for inquiry, innovation, and leadership. Research, innovation, and applied practice are woven together here into a single, coherent ecosystem. Senior students will join university researchers as co-authors of peer-reviewed studies, earning verified academic credentials. Anchored in our Ready and Relevant Strategic Plan, boys will grow as impact makers, taking up real-world challenges in technology for public good, entrepreneurship, leadership, the arts, and the future of food. And what we discover returns to our classrooms, advisory programs, and faculty, then travels outward to peer schools and community partners. It becomes a living model that places the world’s leading minds, tools, and networks directly within a St. George’s boy’s reach, and shapes young men who learn with depth, lead with conscience, and contribute with purpose.
NOW IT’S OUR TURN: $30 MILLION SAINTS ENDOWMENT BY 2030. Each generation inherits a responsibility. The Founders of St. George’s School built a remarkable school. And the generations that followed strengthened it. Today, as we launch This Moment. This Place., our challenge to you is to help raise $30 million in new endowed gifts by 2030.
MAKE IT POSSIBLE. $30 MILLION
SAINTS ENDOWMENT BY 2030.
THIS MOMENT. THIS PLACE.
FOR TODAY. FOR TOMORROW. FOR GENERATIONS TO COME. TOGETHER, WE WILL CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR BOYS THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME.
