My Grandad The man who taught half of St Neots to pour the perfect pint, The man who never gave up on a lost cause, The man who taught us to own our mistakes, 🫥 The man who got involved in every D.I.Y. job until the very end.

Knowing I will never hear your infectious laugh, knowing I will never see your cheesy grin and knowing I will never get your advice again absolutely breaks my heart.

You are the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be.

Have a beer for me up there big man.

Looking to the Future

John's Farewell God saw that he was getting tired, A cure was not meant to be, So he put his arms around him and whispered, "Come with me."

With tearful eyes, we watched him suffer And saw him fade away.

Although we loved him dearly, We could not make him stay.

A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands to rest.

God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes "the best"
