At Saint Peter’s University, building and growing relationships is a cornerstone of our Jesuit university values. We see relationships fostered between our students and faculty, and between our alumni and current students. Strategic alliance with businesses and organizations is one of the many valuable relationships we are committed to developing. Our 25-acre residential urban campus is minutes away from downtown Jersey City, New York City, and accessible to all of Northern New Jersey. The campus is easily accessible by car or public transportation as it is one-half mile from the Journal Square PATH train station. The station is a major hub connecting Jersey City with Newark, Hoboken, and New York City. Our campus offers a variety of academic degree offerings as well as modalities of delivery to fit students’ needs. Whether traditional classroom, on-line, or hybrid learning we are prepared to provide students the best learning environment for success.

Corporate Engagement Corporate giving plays an important role in the education, research, and outreach programming at Saint Peter’s University. Creating opportunities to expand knowledge and service through learning, and social justice can enhance the lives of employees while helping others. We work closely with partners in developing, and achieving, their philanthropic or social responsibility objectives by creating mutually beneficial University-based projects, programs and scholarships that will make an impact.
Philanthropic Support Corporate partners may choose to invest in the University and its students through giving or grant making. Gifts can be restricted to an aligned area of interest or a specific program. Scholarship support helps many talented and deserving students achieve their dreams, most of whom will be the first in their families to earn a degree. Naming opportunities can be negotiated for facilities, departments, scholarships and activities. Gifts or grants may also be unrestricted to operating or general scholarship support. A conversation with our University Advancement team can help partners identify meaningful opportunities.
Sponsorship Corporate partners may promote or market their businesses to students, faculty, staff and alumni. Engagement can be targeted, for example through our Division 1 Athletics program, or University-wide. Occasions for participation include special promotions, student activities, external programs, social media, digital broadcasting, print media, websites, or speaker series targeted to relevant constituencies. Please speak with our director of corporate, foundation and government relations for more information.
In-Classroom Engagement Engage directly with our students within the classroom setting. Programs like “Executive in Residence” provide a forum for employees to teach, inspire and mentor students within a particular academic area. Additionally, Saint Peter’s University has several professional and leadership advisory boards for industry experts to lend their talents and guidance.
Serve alongside the Saint Peter’s University community As a university community we are involved and invested in the communities surrounding our campus. Our students contribute more than 50,000 hours of service each year and often you’ll find faculty, staff and alumni planning “giving days” to volunteer and serve. Whether an organization wants to commit long term to service or find a single event to participate, we welcome partnership in serving others. Ways to engage include: • Volunteer with one of our many service driven initiatives on campus, Campus Kitchen, Junkyard Dogs, Saint Peter’s/Saint Aedan’s Food and Clothes Pantry and more. Saint Peter’s works with our corporate partners on customizable opportunities for community service and team-building. • Participate in one of our many events, Saint Peter’s Business Network, Alumni in Law, and Alumni in Nursing, Hearts & Minds (scholarship gala), golf outings, athletic events, and more.
