All Master of Science in Nursing degree candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (or international equivalent) to enroll. All post-master’s candidates must at a minimum possess a Master of Science in Nursing degree (or international equivalent) to enroll.

MSN: Primary Care – Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner This specialization is a 39-credit program with courses offered on the semester calendar. Examples of coursework: Advanced Pathophysiology Pharmacology for Prescriptive Practice Health Care Financing and Managed Care
RN to MSN Bridge This option permits students holding a New Jersey RN license and possessing an earned bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing to enter the MSN program. The student does not earn a BSN degree, but is prepared to enter the MSN degree program upon completion of several core components. Examples of pre-requisite coursework: Undergraduate level statistics course Undergraduate nursing research course Saint Peter’s University Bridge Course
