Help Us Ensure Safe Prom, Graduation Season Administrators from six area Catholic high schools are jointly asking Senior parents to help ensure a safe and happy prom and graduation season. As part of an educational effort, the administrators have composed a letter outlining the details of the 1989 Amendment to the Ohio Revised Code, commonly known as the "Keg Law," that holds individuals responsible for underage drinking on property under their control.
