When you’re asked to take part in a customer satisfaction survey it’s unlikely to make you jump for joy but nonetheless your feedback really makes a difference. Thank you to all those that chose to take part in our recent survey; we had more responses than ever and as a result have had lots of useful feedback to reflect on. We’ve now put a plan together to address key areas for improvement in order to further improve our customers’ experience.
