MERITAGE HOMES PARTNERS WITH OPERATION HOMEFRONT FOR A DESERVING MILITARY FAMILY AT RANCHO SAHUARITA

As part of their continued efforts to give back to the men, women and families of the U.S. Armed Forces, Meritage Homes, in partnership with Operation Homefront, recently broke ground on a brand-new, energy-efficient home for a deserving military family in its Enclave at Entrada Del Rio Neighborhood in Rancho Sahuarita.

Founded in 2002, Operation Homefront is a national non-profit organization whose mission focuses on building strong, stable, and secure military families. They provide critical financial assistance, transitional and permanent housing, as well as family support services to prevent short-term needs from becoming long-term chronic struggles. Operation Homefront partners with homebuilders to donate homes to military families and works with them for two years to ensure the family understands the financial responsibility of owning a home. Once the family graduates the program, Operation Homefront awards the family the deed to home, mortgage-free.

On Thursday, April 21st, representatives from Meritage Homes, their contractor partners and the community were invited to participate in a special Frame Signing Event, where they were able to write warm wishes for the family on the frame of the home.
