Builders Opening for Sale in Entrada Del Pueblo

HOMES in Entrada Del Pueblo, the next part of Rancho Sahuarita’s newest phases of growth and development, are now open for sale to buyers. Offering a variety of new homes from five different community builders in total, the new neighborhood, which is located south of Sahuarita Rd., on both sides of Rancho Sahuarita Blvd., will be comprised of over 500 new homes at full development.

Richmond American Homes – Though presales began earlier this spring, the builder officially opened their models on Saturday, November 12th. The neighborhood offers a selection of 5 floorplans, ranging from 1590 to 2630 sq. ft. and 3-6 bedrooms. All the floorplans are from the builder’s sought-after Seasons™ Collection.

Centex – A new builder in Rancho Sahuarita, Centex is also now selling homes in Entrada Del Pueblo, out of their existing model complex at Entrada La Coraza (which opened for home sales in April.) The builder offers 4 different plans to choose from, ranging from 1353 to 2197 sq. ft, and featuring 3-4 bedrooms.

Meritage Homes – Meritage Homes is also currently preselling, and will grand open their models for “Sonora at Entrada Del Pueblo” on December 16th. Their homes will offer buyers options with 3-4 bedrooms, 1467 to 2694 sq. ft. and 2-car garages. Meritage Homes also has select remaining lots available in Entrada Del Rio.

Lennar – Also coming to Entrada Del Pueblo, Lennar is anticipated to open for new home sales towards the beginning of the new year. The homes will feature the builder’s EI-Everything’s Included® program; with features such as Home Automation including their Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ home designs, granite kitchen countertops with a standard under mount sink, standard refrigerator, and window coverings.

KB Home – Offering buyers new home choices varying from 1289 to 2201 sq. ft. KB Home will round out Entrada Del Pueblo with its opening planned for early spring of 2023. The six floorplans include either 3–4-bedroom options, as well as 2-car garages. KB Home is also still selling at Entrada Del Rio, and has limited home sites available there.
