NEW BUSINESSES COMING SOON TO "THE CORNER" AT RANCHO SAHUARITA

Sahuarita residents have likely noticed increased construction and buildings going up at “The Corner” at Rancho Sahuarita. Two new 7,500 square foot retail and medical office buildings are currently under construction on the commercial center, located at the northeast corner of Sahuarita Road and Rancho Sahuarita Boulevard. Banner Health has fully leased one building, while the other building will be partially occupied by Apex Physical Therapy, and an additional 4,500 square feet of retail/office space remains available for lease.

A third building, which will house Arizona Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, is also currently being built on a neighboring pad. Each of the new businesses are on track to open and start taking and serving customers later this year.

Exciting new commercial development is also taking place elsewhere in the community. Currently under development is a Mister Car Wash site, at the southwest corner of that same intersection (Sahuarita Rd. and Rancho Sahuarita Blvd). Rancho Sahuarita also broke ground just last month on Rancho Sahuarita Self Storage and RV, which is on track to open at the beginning of next year. Diana Dessy, Vice President of Land Assets for Rancho Sahuarita, shared about the new additions:
