I’m a 4th year architecture student at Pillai HOC College of Architecture seeking an internship. This course is primarily intended to provide students with real-world experience in professional practice. As a result, I will gain a deeper understanding of this incredible journey. It has been a pleasure to learn about architecture and experience some glimpses of it throughout my academic career. The purpose of architecture goes beyond space, it involves the user and their ergonomics as well as emotions and sensations associated with the habitable space.

business management institute (CBD BELAPUR, MAHARASHTRA)
The management institute is designed to integrate visual and scientific elements by integrating landscape elements; this space has its own distinctive character, vitality and atmosphere. An open, lively, natural environment is created by the landscape, bringing the sense of nature into the space. Incorporating landscape elements, technical fire service aspects, and column-free, lightly loaded spaces into an integrated design approach. A quality experience is provided both inside and outside the structure thanks to an attention to proportion and form.

Hospital (VADKHAL, MAHARASHTRA)
The thought of the form was taking shape with respect to the site context. The sun path played the main role while developing the form because the south side of the site was having a lake view and also the sun movement is from east to west tilting toward south. The north side was having a mountain foothill so the view was covered at the north side. The form was now designed with a north light truss.
The function of the visitors and staff will not be clashing with each other. A clear, linear path for the users is recommended to reach their destination. The entry & exit points are planned such that they create no chaos or traffic because we feel multiple the paths are more the traffic will be.
Elaborating on the function, the users are divided over three parts OPD, IPD, EMERGENCY.
The hospital design started with a thought “function” the clear the function is more clearer the circulation will be. The experience of the end users should not be scary or they shouldn’t have a low feeling in the atmosphere. The hospital will be having a positive entrance which gives the positive and attractive entrance for the. The positivity will be easily spreading due to natural light with proper ventilation and good sanitation.

Neighbourhoods have always experienced a change due to various factors ranging from horizontal sprawl to vertical heights, but the word neighbour-hood has always been hidden somewhere inside the sprawls and heights.
Neighbourhoods is not just word but a socio-physical bond between habitats, spaces, built to unbuilt and between the humans and theif neighbours.
This project aims at understanding different forces which create a stake in master planning of neighbourhood-(a mixed housing/ clusters of housing) and creating a livable human habitats by responding to social, cultural, economical & ecological parameters.

To upgrade the living condition by designing a Resource Center for holistic development of the Turbhe Quarry community, keeping the local, social and environmental fabric intact. By providing a Community Resource Center for the migrant workers living in Turbhe region, especially women and children. This center focuses on training various vocational skills set that includes (tailoring, weaving, embroidery, mud utensils, pottery making etc.), basic education facility through a night school (that includes both children and adults), and an Anganwadi (inclusive of primary health care facility for the children and their nutritional nourishments).

KUNBI TRIBE
SETTLEMENT IS LOCATED IN SONAVLE VILLAGE NEAR MULGAON IN AMBERNATH TALUKA. TOTAL 54 HOUSES OF KUNBI TRIBE ARE SETTLED
AS THIS PEOPLE ARE LIVING IN VERY BASIC LIFESTYLE WITH NO BASIC AMENITIES SUFFERS A LOT IN EVERY ASPECT . ARCHITECTURALLY, WHAT WE COULD DO IS BUILT A SAFE AND PASSIVE STRATEGIC HOUSE BY APPLYING SIMILAR FUNCTIONING BUT IN LOW COST BY KEEPING THE COMFORT SAME AND BUILDING MORE SUSTAINABLY..
Introduction
Sonawale is a Village in Murbad Taluka in Thane District of Maharashtra. It belongs to Konkan region. It belongs to Konkan Division [1 ]. Sonawale is surrounded by Shahpur Taluka towards North, Ambernath Taluka towards west, Ulhasnagar Taluka towards west, Karjat Taluka towards South [ 1 ]. A village surrounded with farmlands. Diversity in caste is found in this village. But majorly Kunbi tribe people are settled in this village. Kunbi settlement is called as Kunbi Wadi. This research paper is studying two houses of this settlement. This settlement came into existence long back during the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s era.
Housing typology
As belonging from historic period, so they quite have knowledge of constructing houses. According to economic status, housing spaces are planned. So, the number of rooms depends on the economic background of the family. The planning of houses is rectangular. There are more than one entry and exit to the house. Bathroom is attached to chul area and if small house then to kitchen area. There is an area attached to the house were fuel used for chul are called as beda.
used wood. This versatile and strong material has been used to create useful and beautiful structures as well as decorative objects. This type of wooden joineries is used for the structural help of building the mala inside the dwellings. Mala is the space which is provided like a mezzanine floor. Mala acts as space within a space which is used for mainly storage purpose.
Conclusion

Wood joint technique
It is said that throughout history until today, every ancient and modern civilization in the world has
The current houses of the settlement are lacking in proper air and light ventilations. Provision of proper north light truss for roofing can bring in natural light during day time and release the hot trapped air. Plinth of the structure was not so firm and proper in shape as it was done by layering random stones and creating a plain surface by cement but since there are chances of insects and snakes coming in structure should have proper materialized plinth with increase in height. As observed in the housing typology the brick bond are not proper. For waterproofing we can add jaggery in the mortar mixture which will increase the strength of the walls. A provision of chimney should be given in chula area as it creates a lot of smoke which gets stucked in kitchen for longer period. There is a single well in the settlement, so provision of hand pumps can be done to increase the source of water.
