“Ha�-Bagh” Office Building

Project Descrip�on:
- A bank office facade, landscape, Interior design
- Area: 12000 m2
The team decided to use stone and brick as facade materials, due to their high heat capacity and also having a harmonious view in the whole site. Since the sunlight is notably strong and direct, we designed brick meshes which are applied on the big windows to control the light strength, so that both the vision and daylight can be provided.

Project Descrip�on:
- A single family house Villa
The building is 1.5m higher than the ground level. All Bedrooms are located on the southwest side of the house with proper daylight, and the master bedroom has its own terrace.
A jacuzzi is designed on the north side of the house, elevated 3 steps above the ground floor, bringing its ceiling a li�le lower and crea�ng a cozy atmosphere. I made the most of the available space during the design process. Due to the stunning view of this building, I put two large terraces on two sides overlooking the garden for evening rest.

- Dr. Arefi's orthodon�c office was an interior design project. The office was located in a medical center and before my design, it was used as a dental office.
In the ini�al visit to the current state of the office, I no�ced that the secretary and wai�ng area are very small. It was solved by pulling back the sterile room and aligning its walls with the bathroom in front of this space.
The secretary space got larger and the wai�ng room got integrated.
The ini�al concept was very simple, rectangular frames with rounded corners, similar to the shape of a tooth.
The secretary space was separated from the wai�ng space with a beau�ful frame which I executed microcement inside it.
This repea�ng pa�ern was used in the treatment and doctor's room and even the closets and finally gave us a whole unit.
