With the hectic pace and demands of modern life, many people feel stressed and over-worked. Our rising stress levels and tiredness leads to frustration and depression. It is here that meditation helps us by overcoming our negative minds and cultivating positive constructive thoughts within and by transforming our minds from a disturbed state to a peaceful state. Meditation, at its core is about relaxing and refusing to be caught up in everyday anxieties.
Having said so, now our concern is how and when to meditate. We are often so busy with our daily routine that we feel there is no time to stop and meditate! But meditation actually gives us more time by making our mind calmer and more focused.
It would be even better if someone guides us in the meditation process systematically.
