A How To Guide to SGI Online Motor Claims

Step 1: Go to Sagicor.com

Step 3: Hover your cursor over “Online Portals”

Step 2: Hover your cursor over “Support”

Step 4: Click : “Manage your life Policy”

- If you’ve used the SagicorGo mobile app or the SagicorGo portal before, log in with those credentials - If you have not, simply click “Registration”

Step 1: Select your region

Step 2: Complete the registration form and hit save

Step 4: Click :Manage your life Policy”

a) Select General Insurance b) Click “Make Claim” for the motor policy in which you wish to file a claim for

c) Input the date of the incident d) Click next

e) Fill in the required fields f) Click next to continue

g) Attach any photos from the incident by clicking “Add documents” h) Click next to continue

i) Review your information before submitting j) Click next to continue

k) Sign and Submit

l) Type in an active email address m) Click next to continue
