I ignite curiosity within my students by fostering their unique imaginations and providing an environment where they feel confident expressing themselves. I model an open and inquisitive mindset when experiencing new and unfamiliar activities.

I love experiencing the world around us with my students through field trips. Being outdoors and learning about the real world can help improve their observation and critical thinking skills. It also strengthens the relationship between myself as a teacher and my students. Learning should be fun and explorative! I also enjoy reading books to my students. Books can bring the real-world right into the classroom and provide an opportunity for in-depth classroom discussions. Books ignite a discovery of knowledge and encourage exploration!
