The visitor walks up the layers of platforms to a raised level to observe the surroundings. An exhibition area is enveloped in a compositional arrangement of open air circulation with courtyard landscape, and there is a space for viewing films, conference meeting with walls of exposed, burnt clay brick.

The site is about 1.61 acre land it is located near central market mangalore. TRANSFORMER SITE CHARACTER -Majority of the buildings around the site are old buildings constructed using traditional materials(brick and plaster) -Commercial area having small outlets for electronics, clothes, confectionaries etc. SITE TOPOGRAPHY : Flat land SOIL CONDITION : Laterite soil STREETSCAPE : No prominent landscape features No boundary around the site. Theme: synergy. Inspiration: bahubali and kotichennaya- it involves the pancha butas created by a nature (air, fire, earth, water, sky). It is clearly blended in the form of mudra The design is derived from the hands, when a person he/she wants to express their feeling on the face of various form, but this expressions will represents different form on the context of mudra. This symbol represents the ‘forever’, when the kotichennayya’, died during the war together, But their friendships will motivates the other citizen of the city. and it creates an identity for the unity. This symbol is, when the bahubali in the meditation, he created the mudra, it emphasizes the happiness, concentration and mahavira always express the calmness in his face, but this mudra creates the support for the people and enhance the beauty On the basis of kotichennayya and bahubali of the nature. formed these above expression. It represents the strengthness, unity, supports, friendship and helping nature all kinds of aspects is talking about. As per all this expression this is explaining the proportionality, balance, symmetry, hierarchy. It can be visible in the architecturally and aesthetically finally on the basis the two hands joins creates the magical power.

MOHAMMED ASIF RESIDENCE, mangalore RESIDENTIAL FEATURE:: -THE SITE IS LOCATED IN MANGALORE AREA IS ABOUT 14811 SQFT. -THE CLIENT HAS THE CONSIDERATION, THAT THE BUILDING WANTS TO BE IN KERALA STYLE OF ARCHITECTURE. -THE ROOF OF THE HOUSE IS CONSIDERED THE OVERHANG OF 1200MM FROM THE EXTERIOR WALL AND ROOF IS TILTING AT ANGLE OF 25 FROM THE BOTTOM TIP OF THE ROOF. -IT HAS THE CERTAIN FEATURE FOR THE REFRESHMENT PROVIDED THE SEATING AREA LIKE GAZEBO, AND GARDEN,SWIMMING POOL WITH WATER FALL. -THIS RESIDENCE HAVING THE OFFICE SPACE IN THE BASEMENT ALONG WITH IT HAS THE CAR PARKING AREA. -THEY HAVE THE SEPARATE 8 NO CAR PARKING AREA IN THE OUT SIDE OF COMPOUND. -IT HAS THE SEPARATE SERVANT ROOM IN THE BACKYARD OF THE HOUSE. -THE FORM AND MASS OF THE BUILDING IS REPRESENTING THE UNIQUE CHARACTER OF THE BUILDING. -THIS RESIDENCE ALLOWING THE NATURAL VENTILATION THROUGH THE GABLE ROOF, IT HAS THE JALI SYSTEM. -IT HAS THE CENTRAL OPEN COURTYARD WITH LANDSCAPE FEATURE. -THE DOOR AND THE GLASS CURTAIN WALL HEIGHT CONSIDERED AS 2400MM.
