It was in the year 1999 when surveillance was changing, the way business was done. Though technology had been around for a long time, it became a necessity for individuals and corporates during this period, and technological advancement caught the business world by storm. Intrigued by the idea, and looking at an opportunity in the market to install CCTV Cameras, Rahul Mutha decided to step into this industry and established his own venture. With no investment in hand, and only with passion to build up his own venture in the electronic security business he started ISHA. ISHA came into existence on st01 Jan, 2003 and now will be celebrating its 20th Anniversary. Today ISHA is spearheading the electronics surveillance business distribution system in and around Pune and Maharashtra with 151 cores annual turnover which is just a number, our main focus is to increase on manpower which means more opportunities for eligible. ISHA is operational in 3 cities (Pune, Kolhapur and Nasik) of Maharashtra & Goa with the vision to scale up to 6 more cities by year 2025. He adds, as rightly quoted by George Shinn "There is

Mr. Samad Pathan ensures that our dealers will have great product knowledge, so we arrange technical training sessions where dealers can earn some real skills and certifications at no cost. And see to it they can troubleshoot real time installation and technical difficulties. The sound knowledge on the technicalities of the products makes Isha stand out of the box. He ensures that each person from Isha who deals with the installation team & the dealers is well trained on their front. Team ISHA is impregnated with great vision to be on top of the distribution system in e-Surveillance and security business. In 2006 Isha used to operate from 175 Sq, fts. rented office, today Isha has a strong team of 70+ professionals and now operates from ISHA House with 5000 Sq fts office space in Pune. Rahul Mutha is holding a vision to scale up this business to more than 10+ cities from the current 3 cities by Year 2025. With a current 3000+ dealers network operating in more than 10 cities ISHA will have multiple dealer network and India's strongest e-Surveillance distribution network.

With a newly owned 12000 Sq, fts. commercial space, ISHA soon will be facilitating major brands and some of the top industry professionals to its premises, where dealers and customers will get all surveillance products under one roof. Last but not the least, ISHA is committed to contribute to the betterment of the community. With CSR camps and campaigns Rahul Mutha & team Isha is setting up great benchmarks in this journey called life. Isha is trying to contribute a bit back to the society. When the world was struggling with the difficult COVID times, Isha took an initiative to contribute. ISHA had created awareness and organised a Plasma donation drive, also donated various COVID essentials to the needy. Isha has donated CCTV kits and done installation at various NGO's and Orphanage.
