They are designed specifically for the offshore industry and manufactured in excess of current legislation requirements.

Our range of Heavy Duty Drop Front & Twin Door Baskets are designed to be used as general cargo baskets or as a drum transporter. They are ideal for the quick, safe movement of items around the installation.

The drop front provides a non slip ramp which allows access to load and unload items.

The baskets can be supplied with externally mounted expamet or internally mounted plate sides with the ramp and floor in non slip patterned durbar plate.

If required we can also fit braked swivel castors to the bottom of the baskets to enable movement when no crane access is available.

Safelift 4-Wheel Turntable Trucks

A large selection of Turntable Trucks manufactured from quality hollow sections specially designed & developed for the rigors of the Oil & Gas industry.

Heavy duty ball bearing turntable design assuring easy turning even when fully laden. All models have steel centre solid rubber wheels for ease of movement over offshore grating.

A range of heavy duty offshore specification Swivel Castor Trolleys in a wide variety of capacities.

All our trolleys are supplied with single or twin polyurethane rimmed swivel castors with omni-directional manoeuvrability and minimal height.

Safelift 4-Wheel Liftable Trucks

Originally designed to provide a quick and safe method of transporting scaffold clips around offshore installations, this truck has gone on to establish itself as a general load mover.

Versatility is assured, common tasks are transporting scaffold clips or multiple items of loose rigging equipment direct to the job location.

The foam filled wheels provide all the characteristics of pneumatic but without the risk of puncture. This ensures the truck can be easily moved over nets, cable tracks, ramps, etc.

All trucks come c/w 4-off certified lifting padeyes, 1-off positioned at each corner of the truck for lifting the fully loaded truck around the installation and are supplied with 4-leg wire rope sling assembly BS EN13414 pt1, individual Load Test and NDT certification and painting to Offshore specification, top coat white.

Safelift Moving Systems

Safelift moving systems are portable matching pairs of hydraulic lifting frames placed at opposite ends of a load in order to raise the load onto castors and easily move in any direction. They are designed for use with heavy and bulky loads of any size and shape and are supplied with heavy duty straps to hold the units firmly in place.

Our Multi Truck was designed not only to provide a truck capable of being used on the Heli-deck to unload cargo but also as an item that was of equal use for many tasks throughout the installation when fitted with its custom designed accessories.

The Truck has a Swl of 500kgs and a manually operated hydraulic scissors action lift platform with a raised height of 1.7m.

When fitted with its removable access cage and outriggers the truck converts into a portable man access unit providing a safe working platform which enables operators to reach equipment approximately 4m high.

With its custom built pig tops in place, the truck converts into a mobile pig launcher receiver unit and with the roller top fitted it is ideal for the removal of switch gear items. Batteries and can be used as a work positioned or adjustable support unit.

Our Heli-Deck Crane is manufactured to offshore specification. Four lifting points are welded to the top members of the crane for movement between locations.

Supply includes Load Test, NDT Certification and four leg wire rope sling assembly BS EN13414 pt1.

Safelift Container Stile

The light weight Container Stile provides safe access and egress of all types of skips, open top baskets or half height containers with 75mm wide to 190mm wide top section rails. It is a one person operation and used in the same way as a stile. There is a large handle for stability as the user steps up and swings their leg over the top rail and into the basket. Our 1-Man Access Trolley was designed to provide an offshore specification, portable man access unit for maintenance/inspection tasks around the platform or installation with a max working height of 3.5m.

The trolley has a SWL of 200kgs to enable it to be used for one man + tools. The unit has a manually operated hydraulic scissors lift platform with a raised height of 1.65m. The pump unit is conveniently positioned on the cage to enable one user to raise and lower the platform to the desired height. The integrated ladder provides a means of access and egress from the working platform via the entry door without the need to lower and raise the platform each time. 4-off integrated outriggers are positioned at each corner to provide additional stability.

The Adjustable Crane Fork Pallet Lifter is designed to be used with the platform pedestal crane and enables many of the functions generally associated with a fork lift truck to be performed. The strengthened forks are easily adjustable to suit any size of pallet and the mast has been designed to go over the front roof section and allow the forks access into the container. This makes the unit ideal for unloading standard enclosed offshore containers.
