SIGN UP GENIUS QUICK START GUIDE TO CONFERENCES

Click on “Create a Sign Up” Button on the top right side of screen.

Use an existing group or create a new group if this is your first sign-up. This group is an email group used to send the link. For conferences you can just put the link on your Teacher page. Add a description such as “Please select a time to discuss your child’s progress.”

Click Continue

Select a theme or search for something specific. Or you can upload your own photo

Select “Time Slots� for conferences.

Click Continue

Put a start date and end date. Here I used the first and last day of conferences. I put in the beginning and ending time. Then I select the “Time Slot Increment” and set it to 20 minutes.

Click Continue Enter a name for you time slot. “# Wanted” would be 1 appointment per time slot. Select “All Dates” Layout should be Dates first, then slots.

Click Continue Set to require phone number. You can uncheck all boxes under “Miscellaneous Preferences.”

Under “Advanced Settings” click to turn on “Custom Questions.” Add Custom Question “Parent/Student Name” as you only get one question free.

Click Continue Next I deleted the times that are unavailable (i.e. lunch break) under the dates/times tab.

Click Update Click on Preview Tab to be sure it is set up as expected.

Click on Invite/Publish Tab and click on bottom, middle button “Take My Sign Up Live But Don’t Send Emails” Your link to copy and post to your teacher page is displayed on the next page.
