SHIPPING To better serve you, we ship fast from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. After your order is received and finalized, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days via UPS Ground; delivery time ranges from 1 to 5 business days. We are happy to ship on your FedEx or UPS account. Please note this request on your purchase order. For international or expedited shipping requests, please email sales@ hudsonandbleecker.com. Shipping and handling is charged at the time of shipment and will be included in your final invoice.

Backorders In the event an item is on backorder, you will be contacted with a new shipping timeline. Backordered items are shipped immediately as they become available.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within a week of receiving your order. All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in their original packaging.
