What is the Marketing & Advertising Fee? An additional one percent (1%) fee is collected to specifically build the Bronzed Bunny brand nationally.
What is the typical size of a Bronzed Bunny location?
Bronzed Bunny can not guarantee your success, however we do offer a proven concept and excellent franchise support system. Income from each Bronzed Bunny location varies based on many variables including market size, demographics and franchisees ability to manage the day to day operations and finances of their individual locations. Item 19 in our FDD does include information about average location sales.

What are the Royalty Fees? Six percent (6%) of your sales.
How is my location site selected? You must engage the services of our designated commercial broker who will work closely with you to find the perfect location as well as your term negotiation.
Yes, franchises are welcome to own multiple locations. We offer a discount on the franchise fee with a minimum of three (3) locations under an Area Development Agreement (ADA).
How many employees will I need? A typical Bronzed Bunny will operate with 6-10 employees.

STEP 1 application COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FRANCHISE APPLICATION
STEP 2 INITIAL MEETING
ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET WITH YOU TO DISCUSS THE OPPORTUNITIES WITH BRONZED BUNNY. ONE OF OUR FRANCHISE BUNNIES WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO SCHEDULE THIS INITIAL MEETING.
STEP 3 FDD & FA Review IN YOUR INITIAL MEETING YOU WILL RECEIVE OUR FRANCHISE DISCLOSE DOCUMENT (FDD) WHICH CONTAINS DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT BRONZED BUNNY TO HELP YOU DETERMINE WHETHER A FRANCHISE IS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU. THE FDD WILL ALSO INCLUDE A COPY OF OUR FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (FA), THE WRITTEN CONTRACT BETWEEN BRONZED BUNNY AND YOU, WHICH LISTS BOTH PARTIES’ OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON PURCHASING MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE AN AREA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (ADA) AT THIS TIME AS WELL. FRANCHISE REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT YOU HAVE THE FDD FOR A PERIOD OF 14 CALENDAR DAYS AND THE FA/ ADA FOR A PERIOD OF 7 CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO PURCHASING A FRANCHISE. THESE DISCLOSURE PERIODS FOR BOTH THE FDD AND FA CAN RUN CONCURRENTLY. DURING THIS PERIOD WE ARE HAPPY TO ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT A BRONZED BUNNY FRANCHISE.
STEP 4 franchise approval
ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED YOU WILL SIGN THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT AND PAY THE FRANCHISE FEE.
STEP 5 build out & training WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL OF THE INFORMATION NEEDED INCLUDING CHECKLISTS, EQUIPMENT AND DECOR SPECIFICATION SHEETS, ETC. TO GET YOUR STORE OPEN IN A TIMELY MANNER. YOU WILL ATTEND THE BRONZED BUNNY ACADEMY AT ONE OF OUR CORPORATE LOCATIONS WHERE YOU WILL LEARN HANDS ON HOW TO PREFORM EACH SERVICE OFFERED. IN ADDITION, BRONZED BUNNY CORPORATE WILL BE ONSITE AT YOUR SPECIFIC LOCATION, PRIOR TO YOUR OPENING, TO ENSURE ALL YOUR BUNNIES ARE TRAINED PROPERLY AND READY FOR CLIENTS!

About 6 years ago, I sat down and really asked myself what was missing from this industry. The clichés, the 90’s tanning salon vibe, the cold clinical waxing room; you get the point. I started writing down every detail I knew would make a huge difference in the tanning experience that we could offer to our clientele.

hen I started my journey with Bronzed Bunny I never really knew how big we were going to become and the growth we would have. I had a big vision of course, but I also had a desperate passion to change the tanning and waxing space that we all had become so used to.
It was important to nail down our decor, branding, products, equipment, menu of services and so on. I mean we play chick flicks in the sugar rooms! How awesome is that? I wanted our clients to feel comfortable getting naked. That is such a difficult thing for most people. I knew that we had to do our best at creating this special bond with them, as if you’re just hanging out with your girlfriends. It took blood sweat and a lot of bunny tears to get to this point and I am pleased to now share this business and experience with you.
