21. When we go for vocation visits, it is better to meet both boys and girls. If men religious find any girls who are interested in vocation he can refer the girl to any women religious and vice versa. It is collaborative work to work for one another - Fr. Jeyapal CMF IV. VISION STATEMENT OF TNLBC COMMISSION FOR VOCATION TO PROMOTE VOCATION TO PRIESTHOOD AND CONSECRATED LIFE, FOR THE BUILDING UP OF THE CHURCH AND THE SALVATION OF THE WORLD MISSION STATEMENT TO SOW THE SEED OF VOCATION IN THE HEARTS OF FAMILIES, YOUTH AND CHILDREN  By INSPIRING, GUIDING AND COORDINATING THE ACTIVITIES OF VOCATION PROMOTION  BY FORMING THE VOCATION PROMOTERS IN THEIR MISSION OF FINDING GOOD SPIRITED YOUTH AND CHILDREN WHO INCLINE TO SAY “YES” TO THE CALL OF GOD  BY CONCENTRATING ON THE FORMATION OF CHILDREN, YOUTH AND ADULT  BY MAKING THE LINKS BETWEEN DIOCESES AND RELIGIOUS CONGREGATIONS THROUGH SEMINARS AND ONGOING TRAINING PROGRAMMES VII. 29. Our personal life should be edifying to the parents and children. Example is St. Paul who said “follow my example”. Can I say these words to others today?

30. Our prayer life and prayer for vocation: We surrender the vocation ministry to the will of God. If it is acceptable to God he will make the things to grow.

31. Collaboration between the vocation promoters: (knowing, encouraging, helping one another in our vocation ministry) 32. Religious and priests set a time to visit families and participate in family prayers at least once a week leaving our regular prayer schedule in houses.

33. Visit hospital at least once a week.
