Sacramento’s top chefs and leading food professionals are no exception. While many of them were busy transitioning to a takeout model or transforming their kitchens into commissaries to feed the vulnerable, they still found themselves with plenty of time to cook at home. So we reached out to a few and asked them to share their favorite recipes with Sacramento Magazine readers. These are dishes they cook at home with love for their families.
