Mark 16:15 (NIV)

Dear Keepers of the Covenant:
As you receive your first ministry appointment in the Eastern Territory, you are poised to embrace a sacred privilege—a calling that beckons you to serve selflessly, to love sacrificially, and to minister with unwavering resolve. Your assignment, soon to become your home, is entrusted to you not simply as a destination but as a landscape of souls awaiting the touch of Christ’s compassion through you. Each appointment stands as a testament to God’s faithfulness and promises, inviting you to become His hands and heart in a world longing for hope.
The people you encounter—soldiers, neighbors, volunteers, donors, and those who may never enter your building—are entrusted to your care. You will be called to serve your entire community, extending grace to every person and recognizing each one as precious in God’s sight. Ministry in this season will demand humility, perseverance, and courage, as you pour yourself out for others, working not for recognition but for the glory of God and the building of His Kingdom.
Every day will bring new faces and new opportunities to reflect Christ’s love. Some will come seeking tangible help, others may not realize their deeper need for redemption—but all will experience the presence of God through your faithful witness. You are called to be Christ’s ambassador, crossing paths with those whose lives can be transformed by Divine Love. Let your heart be stirred for the people God places before you; allow Him to cultivate a compassion that compels you to serve, even when sacrifice is required.
Pray continually for the community entrusted to you. Seek God’s wisdom, and let His Spirit inspire you to remain steadfast in your calling. Be alert to the needs around you; respond as He leads, knowing that each act of love and service brings glory to the Father. The privilege of ministry is not measured in comfort, but in the joy of fulfilling Christ’s mission and advancing His work.
Remember, you are an essential part of God’s plan for this place. Stand firm in your purpose, championing His mission with boldness and humility. As Scripture reminds us:
“Whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave—just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” (Matthew 20:26-28, NIV)
May God strengthen, inspire, and bless you as you fulfill your calling. Serve with joy, humility, and unshakeable faith—for His glory and the transformation of lives.
