Part of the rewards included T-shirts, umbrellas, hand bags, pens, cake-and-coffee breaks, with some for instance, Kenya Police Sacco Kisii branch, going to an extent of checking walk-inmembers’ BMI, blood pressure and diabetes with the assistance of a medical practitioner.

The 2019 Customer Service Week theme is The Magic of Service, which recognizes that good service is magical.

Good service can turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied long term customer. It can turn an occasional customer into a repeat customer, and it can turn any customer into your biggest fan and advocate.

Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and that of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
