2019 Impact Summary Welcoming Spaces We are proud to have facilities that embody a positive, welcoming experience to match our high quality care. A light refresh at all three sites has allowed for improved flow and function for both staff and patients. New signage and wayfinding at our Hollywood and Melrose locations allow for a more efficient experience. A complete renovation of our aging Beverly Health Center was completed, including a brand new shower (below right) and updated Homeless Services Suite.

With construction almost complete, our newest site will open this April in Rampart Village, with top of the line amenities that will provide a safe and comfortable space for kids and their families to receive medical, dental and behavioral health care. The site will provide an additional 15,000 patient visits each year.

Our Homeless Connect Kits and Pediatric Care Kits have allowed hundreds of individuals, schools and local businesses to get involved in a hands-on way. More than 5,000 kits were assembled and distributed, providing children and individuals experiencing homelessness basic essentials. Patients receive a life-saving vaccine and a warm shower as part of the program.

Increased access to much needed mental health services was made possible through a telehealth grant from Kaiser Permanente. Giving patients the opportunity to see a therapist via video chat at their primary clinic location without having to travel to one of our other sites, has allowed us to advance quality and access to care.
