With the client’s goal to maximise the site’s potential in mind we created a brief that proposes a renovation to the existing building. The new scheme introduces a new architectural language that is both contemporary and cost-effective, but at the same time poses a minimal structural impact on the existing building. With the new and bold design, we are aiming to improve the building’s presence and establish a new landmark, for the surrounding locale.
