The Studios at

The Studios at the Rye YMCA (Y Studios) is a vibrant, state-of-the-art facility that brings four unique fitness studios together under one roof, allowing members to take group exercise classes; work out in small groups; and improve their health with our chronic disease prevention programs.

the Rye YMCA Ideally located at 1037 Boston Post Road, the Y Studios is a quick walk from 21 Locust Avenue. It has on-site parking and is close to the Rye Free Reading Room, City Hall, the Village Green and downtown shopping. It’s also a short walk from the Rye High School/Middle School campus, making the Y an even more convenient destination for teens.

Featuring: Group Exercise Studio A versatile studio to accommodate a range of classes including kickboxing, Zumba, strength classes and more. We also offer LES MILLS virtual classes, played on a large screen, ideal for individuals or groups to enjoy together.

Yoga Studio A serene space with a barre and lighting that can be dimmed or colored for classes that focus on spirit, mind and body, including yoga, meditation, and Pilates.

A Community Meeting Room for events, chronic disease prevention classes and healthy living workshops and lectures.

Lockers and individual shower areas.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Studio A space for both individual and small group classes, equipped with functional fitness equipment (kettlebells, dumbells, tires) and cardio equipment (fan bikes, rowing machines, ellipticals). Members can work out with our coaches or use interactive TV screens that offer guided personalized workouts.

A Child Watch Center where members can leave their children in a safe, fun, nurturing place while they work out, take classes or visit with friends.

Cycling Studio A state-of-the-art studio with energizing colored lights and a leaderboard so cyclists can set goals. Stages bikes are equipped with power meters to track performance. Cyclists can wirelessly connect their devices via Bluetooth.
