REGISTRATION Grades 9-12 One of the best ways to get those volunteer hours some schools require for high school graduation! Our Leaders Clubs meet once a week and are run by a group of elected teens with supervision from a Y Teen Advisor. This small group of teens serves as ambassadors of the Rye Y while promoting ideals of social responsibility, leadership and service to others. Leaders participate in weekly meetings, community events, regional teen rallies, and fundraising efforts. This club is free. If interested, please email: kathy@ryeymca.org Registration required.

Grades 6-12 Weekdays from 2:30-6:00 pm (January-June) while Rye City school is in session. During Teen Drop-in, middle and high schoolers have access to a variety of options such as: the family room, gym, pool, ExerZone, group exercise classes, the Freestyle Fitness Zone and the Fitness Center (note the Fitness Center is for those age 15+. Ages 14 can gain access via a Teen Passport – see page 29 for details). Please refer to pool, gym, ExerZone and group exercise schedules for teen options. Additionally, this service is available during early dismissal for all middle and high schools in the area. A teen access card is required and can be obtained at the Member Services Desk. REGISTRATION Grades 6 – 8 This leadership group is designed for middle school students who want to make a positive impact in the Rye community, meet new friends and participate in a variety of service projects. The Junior Leaders meet weekly to plan and participate in meaningful and fulfilling activities, while introducing students to the ideals of social responsibility, leadership and community service. Grades 6-8 Join us as we travel to to Liberty Paintball in Patterson, NY. Our group will play on our own reserved fields and will be chaperoned by our professional team of Teen Staff, along with Liberty referees. No experience necessary and all gear is provided (you may also bring your own if you have it). Fees include transportation, admission, safety gear and equipment. Parents/guardians are required to complete and sign a waiver and medical release form prior to the trip. Grades 6-8 Ends June 2017 The 2nd Saturday of each month, the Y is open just to middle schoolers from 7-10pm for an evening of fun, food, camaraderie, activities, competitions and games. Second Saturdays are supervised by our professional team of Teen Staff, led by our full time Camp, Family & Teen Director. ROCK CLIMBING

Grades 6-8 Join us as we travel to Valhalla, NY for an indoor rock climbing expedition. No experience necessary. This trip is chaperoned by our professional team of teen staff and includes transportation, admission and an early pizza dinner.
