WHAT DOES A RYE Y MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE? • 6-lane heated Brookside Pool (80-82°) • 4-lane heated Pa Cope Pool (84-87°) • State-of-the-art Fitness Center - members receive a complimentary fitness orientation • Dozens of free weekly exercise, water exercise and indoor cycling classes at the Rye Y and via Zoom • Free parking in our lot • Reduced member rates and priority registration for all programs • Family members enjoy free family basketball or “soft play” time in the gymnasium • Family members choose from a selection of free baby/toddler classes • Family members enjoy free family swim time and other family activities • Family members enjoy free First Friday family events

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT At the Rye Y, we believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve.

Youth Programs include: • Child care • Swim instruction • Gymnastics • Sports • Art, Music and Dance • Pre School Enrichment • Teen Clinics • Red Cross Safety • Summer Camp • Vacation Clubs “My kids are so happy in their sports, swimming and music classes. HEALTHY LIVING We encourage good health, and foster connections through fitness, sports, and shared interests.

Use of our state-of-the-art fitness center and two swimming pools are included in your membership. We also offer over 2 dozen group exercise classes weekly at the Y. To keep our members safe, we are currently limiting capacity and require advance reservations.

Wherever you go, the Y is there!

Our Virtual Y site is free to all members and includes access to over 30 live Zoom classes weekly as well as dozens of recorded classes.

COMMUNITY HEALTH Open to the community. Currently offered virtually.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA: a FREE twelve-week, small group program designed for adult cancer survivors.

YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program: helps individuals at high risk through healthy eating, increased physical activity and weight loss.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY From the financial assistance that keeps the Y affordable for all, to the initiatives that foster stronger communities, the spirit of social responsibility infuses every aspect of our work.

Our Y CARES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM allows us to keep a powerful promise to the communities we serve: no one will be turned away from a Y program or activity for financial reasons.

SAFETY AROUND WATER is a free Y program that gives young children the confidence and skills to stay safe in and around water.

TOGETHERHOOD is a YMCA initiative that involves volunteers of all ages in community service projects outside the walls of the Y. Join the Togetherhood Committee or volunteer at a service project.

KEEPING YOU SAFE “The Y is amazing. You have everything. Two swimming pools. The organization.

It is really also very clean. I feel like I am at my home.” Rye Y Member All staff and coaches receive training on social distancing expectations and equipment sanitizing protocols.

All members and staff are screened upon entering the facility. Masks are required for those ages 2 and up.

Cleaning takes place continuously throughout our facility. We are currently closed on Sunday for deep cleaning.
