Getting to the Spa
Our Spa is located within Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. Please enter the resort and follow signs to the Spa. Park adjacent to the resort pool or Conference and Events Centre.
Valuables
Treatments are conducted free of jewellery, so please leave these behind in your hotel room or at home.
There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, as spa wear is provided. Ensure to bring swimwear for spa bath use. What to Wear
Pregnancy
As always, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our guests. To assist with your choice of available treatments, please get in touch with one of our spa consultants.
Minimum Age
All guests must be at least 16 years old to use spa facilities and services.
Time of Treatment
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete your consultation form and start relaxing before your treatment.
As a courtesy to all guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late arrivals may not be accommodated if there’s a booking right after and will incur a cancellation fee. Treatment time will be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Cancellations
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your booking, you can do so at any time, subject to providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment time, a 100% charge will apply. If no notice is provided, a full charge will be made for the services reserved.
Surcharges
The following surcharges apply to all treatments. - 15% on Sundays and Public Holidays
