Getting Started MUST-HAVES
Whether you’re a first-time e-commerce carrier customer, have rented with us before, or come in-person to one of our convenient locations, Credit Card authorization approval and Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided to your Ryder location before pickup.
Credit Card Deposit Process
• At pick up, Ryder will charge 1.5x the estimated rental cost to your credit card
• A week later, the agreement will be closed and any variance will be charged or credited
• A new deposit when then be placed onto the card
• All reservations, agreements, pictures, and closeout receipts will be sent via email to the primary contact
• All Ryder locations are equipped with tablets for a digital experience
• Any credit card rejections will result in termination of program
• All rentals must be returned to the original pick up location or a transfer fee will be applied
