Interdisciplinary Engineering (IDE) Building 2022

The IDE building is a home for future engineers, as a center for interdisciplinary education and research FTUI, where students and lecturers develop learning and research experiences as well as interdisciplinary innovations to face increasingly complex future challenges.

Learning and research are expected to be able to produce graduates with interdisciplinary insights, critical, innovative, collaborative, and research results that are able to produce highly reputable scientific publications, policy briefs, and innovative products that are superior and impactful and can compete globally.

The main functions of the IDE building is a place for the management of interdisciplinary education and research consisting of interdisciplinary postgraduate programs, advanced labs, and research centers and engineering institutes that superior. With the existence of the IDE building and advanced labs, FTUI is expected to be able to produce graduates and research products in the form of reputable international publications, patents, innovative products and policy briefs that are superior and impactful.

The construction of the State Bank of Indonesia Cirebon Building had commenced its implementation stage but had to be abruptly halted due to the bankruptcy of the contracted construction firm. The implementation progress only extended to the excavation and installation of piles, involving a total of four points on the site. Unfortunately, the excavated areas were subsequently inundated with water, reaching a considerable depth, owing to the presence of springs on the site. As a result, revitalization efforts are imperative to address and resolve this issue.

Building Envelope The façade of the BNI Cirebon Branch Office building adheres to the Corporate Identity (CI) concept of BNI, incorporating corten steel material, commonly known as weathering steel. This type of iron undergoes a weathering process to achieve its distinct properties.

Stage 1 The construction of the parking area behind the back office necessitates the initial leveling of the existing building situated at the rear of the site, adjacent to heavy equipment access.

Stage 2 Construction in the back office area will be conducted in two stages. Upon completion of these stages, all employees currently working in the back office will relocate to a new building, and subsequently, the existing back office building will be razed or demolished.

Stage 3 The construction encompasses the banking hall area, the front of the building, including the parking area, park, drop-off point, and ATM, as well as security guard facilities. Following the relocation of all back office employees to a new building and the vacation of the banking hall area, the previously leveled back office space will undergo reconstruction to serve as a new banking hall and building facade. Upon the completion of all stages, the new banking hall area can be operational, facilitating the proper movement and work of employees at the front of the building.

Hu’u Project Operation Center (HPOC) 2022

HPOC is an integrated office facility located in the Hu’u area (Dompu, NTB), serving as a base for gold and mineral exploration projects, including preliminary surveys and geothermal exploration in the Hu’u Village area within Hu’u District, Dompu Regency, and Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province, as per environmental permits.

The facilities are situated in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province, and the operational activities are centered in Hu’u Village, Hu’u District, Dompu Regency.

Accessible from Jakarta, the location can be reached via air transportation with a flight to Denpasar (1.5 hours) or Praya - Lombok (2 hours), followed by a flight to Bima (50 minutes).

Subsequently, a 2−hour journey by vehicle covering approximately 100 km from Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport in Bima can be undertaken. The road conditions are excellent, with well-paved surfaces.
