Paul Angel J. Galang was born in Quezon City and grew up in Arayat, Pampanga. He graduated with a degree of BS Architecture in 1987 from the University of the Assumption in San Fernando, Pampanga. He set up his own design and construction firm, the Angel Interiors & Construction Corporation in 1988, specializing in interior fit out and mid-rise building construction.
PDG Paul joined Rotary in 1991 as a Charter Director of Rotary Club of Metro San Fernando Pampanga (Rotary International District 3790). Mostly members of the charter year served as Presidents of various Chapters of the Philippine JCI in Pampanga. He was with Rotary Club of Metro San Fernando Pampanga until 1996. He transferred to Rotary International District 3780 in 2009, when he joined the Rotary Club of Loyola Heights and served as the Club President during the Rotary Year 2014-2015.

He is married to Carolyn Cada Galang, a registered Nurse and was formerly connected with St. Luke Medical Center before she joins Paul in their own construction business as the VP Finance of their company. They were blessed with 3 children, Arch Gelo a registered and licensed Architect, Gian a fashion marketing consultant working in Paris and Giola a graduate of BS from
University of Santo Tomas.
