Thank you for the opportunity to present our scope of work and project estimate for your Gore Road project.

As you know, the way we sell new homes has changed over the past two years and given the location of this project what you really need is a great digital program to gain awareness and garner leads. Without the requirement for a sales office compound, we need to ensure our marketing and branding is on point.

The project name, logo, signage, landing page, brochure, etc. are important however, you strategic approach to your digital campaign and the development of truly effective digital creative is the most important driver for this project.

Ryan Design is the only agency in Canada to be credited with the top three ads on TikTok Canada as of March 2022. This spans all business sectors on TikTok. Our digital strategists have worked very hard to ensure we maintain our leadership position. You project boasts green space steps from our site and the extensive trail system throughout the surrounding community provides a wonderful opportunity for us to promote a new fresh air community that will naturally inspire families to dream of living here.

SCOPE OF WORK Preliminary Estimate

GRAND PLAN - The Grand Plan is paramount to any project. Here we begin the overall creative process. Initial project meetings, strategic planning, positioning, target audience analysis, location analysis, site visits, preliminary strategy discussions, competitive marketplace analysis, research and review, etc. are all critical components of this Grand Plan Process (GPP).

The results of the GPP act as a starting point to being able to establish the design and direction for the project. Here we determine the “look” that will drive all aspects of your integrated marketing program.

The GPP acts as our creative platform for all elements to ensure a united branding front through the duration of the project: • • •

Establishing a project name and logo.

Produce finished artwork for the chosen logo concept in a digital format suitable for all marketing applications.

Signage concept. Design the look of a typical sign to determine the size, shape, and color and how the logo will function with the sign design format. We will suggest a signage manufacturing company and we will hold their hands through the production process to ensure sales office signage is carried out as per the plan we develop for you.

Produce design concepts for a brochure package including cover and insert pages. Produce a fully detailed mockup for the client, detailed enough to be used to obtain printing quotes.

SITE PLAN ARTWORK - To convert the project site plan from information supplied into a marketing drawing for use in marketing materials.

SIGNAGE PACKAGE – To design and produce camera-ready artwork for a signage package which includes sales office exterior signs, A frames and final art for billboards. The approved art will be sent to the manufacturer with full instructions and specifications.

COMMUNITY BROCHURE – To design and produced camera ready artwork for Community brochure. Copy, site plan, area amenities map features and images were incorporated into the artwork.

WEBSITE LANDING PAGE – To design and program a landing page for project. Final approved layout will be made live upon client approval. Includes auto responder and hero video.

EMAILERS – To design, program and produce bulk emails for the project. The approved emails will be distributed to the email addresses provided in the database. Also includes reporting on emailer deployment to detail open rates click through details and click through rates.

$1,500.00/month MONTHLY RETAINER/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT The monthly retainer and project coordination covers all tactile issues including: • Gerry Ryan and Linda O’Connor will lead your project with our team.

• You will have 24/7 access to Gerry and Linda throughout the duration of your project.

• Direct access to our account team, media team, web development team, signage and sales office team, designers, studio personnel, accounting, technologists, technology service personnel, installers, etc.

• By paying a monthly retainer, you eliminate consultation fees as well as project coordination fees being added to each item we work on.

• To stay on top of your project on a daily basis and issue weekly status reports to ensure everyone on the team is in the loop.

• We act as an extension of your marketing department so you don’t need to worry about all the marketing details.

• A project manager from the staff of G. Ryan Design Inc. will be assigned to your project to ensure production schedules are met.

• Coordinating the production of marketing and advertising materials with in-house and outside suppliers and the various media outlets. (You know... juggling a hundred balls in the air in order to meet deadlines set well before anything is actually ready!)

• Emailing and making telephone calls daily. (The tying up of endless details to ensure the job is done right and only done once!!)

• On site visits to confirm measurements, meet with suppliers, client, etc.

• Confirmation of all technological requirements and specifications related to the technology we suggest.

• Obtaining an estimate for technology and related equipment and ensuring we provide a turnkey solution for all technology up to the opening of your project.

• Enlisting any other expertise as required ensuring your project is launched successfully.

• Preparation of a media plan to launch your project.

• Including sourcing appropriate media, contacting them, negotiations, meeting with them and consultation services around the best media to use.

• Organization and coordination of all media contracts up to launch.

• To obtain detailed estimates including printing and sign quotes.

• To be in constant contact with architects, renderers, model maker, printers and other • suppliers to ensure timely delivery. (Annoying but necessary!... the umpteen phone calls to the renderer, architect or to you to find out where those promised and vital items actually are! To check printing proofs at midnight so the printing can be delivered on time, etc.)

• To attend meetings with clients and suppliers to approve artwork, as required.

• To prepare work back calendars.

• To be on-call to answer questions at all times. (That’s right... the Saturday morning panic calls, the ‘Oh I just remembered can you...” calls, the URGENT calls, the early morning, late night calls...
