ETIQUETTE

As a new resident at The River Terraces I, you may be asking – what is expected of me and what can I expect from my neighbours to ensure there is shared enjoyment of living in the River Terraces I community? Most residents at River Terraces I are respectful of the rules and polices, but in extreme cases where there is a disregard for the River Terraces I etiquette, there is a requirement for enforcement under the City of Ottawa Bylaws, and/or the Corporations Declarations, Rules and Policies and the Condominium Act of Ontario.

If you have any issues with the building, or require any clarification on the information below, your first call or email is to Property Management.
