In January, we started to plan out our year. It’s always an exciting time – looking ahead to a new year of designing and building communities. It was also time for many of our homeowners, who had purchased their new home in 2020, to schedule their décor appointment and select their finishes that would personalize their new home.

TWO GREAT COMMUNITIES SOLD OUT!

Kicking off the first of many virtual sales events in 2021, were the final releases of our Beechwood community in Brampton and our Park Vista community in Whitby. Our eager purchasers from across the GTA did not want to miss the opportunity to purchase in these sought-after communities, resulting in a complete sell-out within days!

BARUCH/WEISZ CANCER CENTRE

With the support of Paradise Developments’ Baruch and Weisz families, NYGH has transformed their Cancer Care Centre into the vibrant, new Baruch/Weisz Cancer Centre. The new facility includes the Anne Tanenbaum Chemotherapy Clinic, Oncology Consultation and Assessment, Hematology, Pain and Symptom Program, and the hospitals’ Cancer Care Pharmacy.

The new facility includes more multipurpose space for added treatment and assessment. The clinical area is navigable, patient-centred, and offers increased accommodation for both current and future patient volumes, all while enhancing patient safety.

RECORD-BREAKING SALES IN AJAX

A Brand New Release of our modern townhouses in Ajax last May resulted in over 80 sales in one day and a new group of purchasers welcomed to the Paradise Developments family! Our Presentation Centers continued to be closed, but we connected with all of our homeowners virtually, ensuring that all purchasers received the same dedication and care that they would when meeting with our sales staff.

BREAKING GROUND IN SEATON

Breaking ground this summer to start the development of our multi-builder sales centre brought us this much closer to our Grand Opening of North Pickering’s newest master-planned community.

A one-of-a-kind community designed and built by five of the finest builders in the GTA, each with an array of unique home designs, surrounding neighbourhood parks, schools, a recreation centre and community nodes.

Welcoming our new purchasers into their homes goes beyond handing the key to our Paradise families. We ensure we provide our homeowners with all information required to settle in and get to know their new home.

Offering our most sought-after home designs, including freehold towns and detached homes, we had over 7,000 qualified registrants in just 5 short weeks of advertising. Using our virtual appointment booking system, we booked over 800 sales appointments in just minutes and continued on to execute a complete sell-out of this entire community virtually, in just 2 days!

Offering a brand new release of Luxury Detached Homes on 38’ & 41’ lots in West Brampton, Valley Oak was by far our most desired community in 2021. Located at Chinguacousy Road, north of Queen Street, our registrants were eager to be the first to purchase in this well-established neighbourhood. Utilizing our virtual appointment booking system, we received a total of 1000 sales appointments in just minutes. In just 48 hours, our sales team had broken all records with selling 200 homes!
