FLOORING • Purchaser’s choice of quality imported ceramic floor tile 12” x 12” or 13” x 13” from Vendor’s standard samples, in front foyer, main floor hall (if shown on plan), kitchen, laundry, powder room and all bathrooms (as per plans) and around raised tub in ensuite bathroom to a height of approx. 1 foot. All ceramic floor tile to be laid on scratch coat.

• Metal strip thresholds where ceramic flooring abuts other flooring.

• 40 oz. PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) broadloom with 10mm underpad in all non tiled areas of the main and second floor (where applicable). And carpet runners (not bound) on main stairs (from basement door landing to 2nd floor - No carpet runner on any stair landing).

• 5/8” tongue and groove sub-flooring throughout to be glued, nailed and screwed down.

SECURITY • Fully installed basic security system consisting of all external opening doors to be contacted, one motion detector, one siren, and a DSC Power 632 control pad or equivalent with associated hardware, programming and client demonstration with Purchasers order of monitoring service from Vendors Supplier.
